Undeterred, she set out on a remarkable six-year odyssey, traversing the globe to master the intricate art of distillation and ultimately giving birth to the iconic Brass Lion Singapore Dry Gin.

Jamie's initial ventures into the spirits realm saw her opening the renowned Chupitos Shots Bar in Clarke Quay, followed by The Beast Southern Kitchen & Bourbon Bar. Fueled by a passion for gin and a desire to fill the void of local Singaporean spirits, she sought wisdom from master distillers worldwide, interning and apprenticing at distilleries from Portland to South Carolina, London, and Germany's Black Forest.

The culmination of this relentless pursuit of excellence is the Brass Lion Distillery, a testament to Singaporean ingenuity and commitment. The flagship creation, the Singapore Dry Gin, encapsulates the very soul of the nation. A blend of 22 botanicals, including traditional Asian flavors like torch ginger flower and lemongrass, creates a smooth and vibrant spirit—a true reflection of Singapore's rich cultural tapestry.
